As of 11 am Doha local time the website of the Qatar News Agency (QNA) is down. 
While a website’s servers going down may not be breaking news usually but the last time the QNA was down – it was hacked, and incorrect info was attributed to the Amir. This was essientially blamed on the UAE and was the precursor to the diplomatic rift between Qatar and it’s neighbors .
Is this another hack on the QNA? We will keep you posted.
